Cassy is a Provisional Psychologist interested in working with individuals across the lifespan, including children, young people, and adults. Cassy is focused on strengthening her experience in assessment and individual therapy, with a particular interest in supporting people to develop flexible and adaptive approaches toward coping with life’s challenges. 

Cassy is currently completing the final year of a Master of Clinical Psychology degree at La Trobe University.

Therapy Style

Cassy is a warm and compassionate therapist who likes to work collaboratively to tailor values-driven goals with her clients. She believes people are the experts in their own lives and is passionate about walking alongside her clients with an open and curious attitude toward understanding their challenges.

Cassy has experience in applying psychological modalities including Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and is interested in developing her skills in other approaches including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy.

 

Fees

The fee to see Cassy for therapeutic intervention is $65 per session. As she is a provisional psychologist her fee does not attract a Medicare rebate. Assessments attract different fees.
