Madeline is a well-educated and experienced child psychologist who has seven years of experience working in the disability sector and holds several qualifications, including a Master of Psychology. She is skilled in providing positive behaviour support and using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Bibliotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy to help her patients.

Alexander is a highly trained provisional psychologist with a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology from Australian Catholic University. He is an empathetic therapist who blends Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Bibliotherapy, and Play Therapy techniques with the client's interests to deliver neuro-affirming, trauma-informed support.

Alexander has a special interest in supporting members of the LGBTQI+ community and also specialises in supporting neurodivergent children and adolescents.
