Lifeline
Lifeline provides telephone and online counselling for all Australians experiencing a personal crisis and require support and suicide prevention services.
Telephone counselling: 13 11 14 (24hr access, 7 days per week).
Online support chat: Available 7.00pm – midnight (Sydney time) 7 days.
Kid’s Helpline
Kids Helpline is Australia’s only free (even from a mobile), confidential 24/7 online and phone counselling service for young people aged 5 to 25. Qualified counsellors at Kids Helpline are available via WebChat, phone or email anytime and for any reason.

Parentline
Parentline is a statewide telephone counselling and support service for all Victorian parents and carers of children from 0-18 years. Experienced social workers, psychologists and family therapists can give you counselling and information around a wide range of parenting issues.
