Nicole is a registered psychologist who recently completed of her Master of Clinical Psychology at La Trobe University. She has over a decade of experience working as a teacher in education and wellbeing and enjoys working collaboratively with clients to foster change and personal growth.

Nicole provides individual therapy and diagnostic assessments for clients across the lifespan.

Please note that for all clients aged 17 and younger, a parent session is required as the initial appointment. This allows Nicole to obtain developmental history of the client and to understand the presenting concerns from a parent's perspective.

Teenage clients can attend the initial session but this will be split into two halves; first half parent and Sarah and second half client/client and parent with Nicole.

Therapy Style

Nicole’s approach is warm, strengths-based and non-judgemental. She draws on a variety of evidence-based modalities, tailored to client needs and preferences, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Fees

The fee to see Nicole for therapeutic intervention is $250 per session. Her application for a Medicare provider number is pending. Once approved her session fee will attract a rebate of $101 for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Assessments attract different fees.
