Holly is a registered psychologist with an interest in working with adults. Holly completed her Masters degree in Community Psychology, which incorporates social, cultural and environmental influences when considering mental health outcomes. Holly has experience working in various areas including private practice, occupational rehabilitation and employment settings.

Holly is passionate about providing a person-centred, warm and non-judgemental environment to explore your concerns. Holly employs evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness.

Fees

The fee to see Holly is $260 per session.

Referrals Accepted
