Liam Edwards
(he/him)
APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE FROM WEEK STARTING 21ST JULY.
Liam is a provisional psychologist, completing a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology in his final year. He brings a compassionate, client-centred approach to his work with individuals across the lifespan. Liam is passionate about inclusive practice and values working collaboratively with clients and families to support their unique strengths and needs.
Liam has experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments for neurodevelopmental concerns, including Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), and Autism. His approach integrates evidence-based frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Liam is available for cognitive, educational, and diagnostic assessment (including ADHD and Autism) for children, adolescents, and adults.
Please note that for all clients aged 17 and younger, a parent session is required as the initial appointment. This allows Liam to obtain developmental history of the client and to understand the presenting concerns from a parent's perspective.
Teenage clients can attend the initial session but this will be split into two halves; first half parent and Liam and second half client/client and parent with Liam.
